The Kings Arms has stood on Old Amersham's medieval High Street since the 1400s. One of the oldest coaching inns in Buckinghamshire, it has welcomed travellers, hosted celebrations, and been at the heart of this remarkable market town for more than six centuries.
Today it is a 4-star hotel with 35 individually appointed en-suite rooms, a warm and unfussy restaurant and bar, and the Kings Chapel — a stunning private event venue that has become one of the most sought-after wedding destinations in the Chilterns.
You may recognise us from something else entirely. The Kings Arms featured as a filming location in Four Weddings and a Funeral — we like to think our rooms have improved considerably since then.
